Banners should be about the size of Link Exchange banners. I would prefer keeping your banner at my site to avoid any possible download problems with your site.

Ads are run starting the first of each month and continue through the end of the month. I would like to have all ad area assignments completed and banners received by the 23rd of each month. This will help make sure that all pages have their appropriate banner ads and can be uploaded to Resume Crafters by the 1st of the month.

Note that Resume Crafters reserves the right to refuse any banner submitted to it for any reason. Just keep it tasteful, legal, and any animation un-obnoxious and you should be fine.
